I’ve been researching tons and tons of material coming from podcasts (Dr. Rhonda Patrick and Dr. Dom D’Agostino both have great ones) reading articles, books, and youtube videos, I filter what’s relevant, what has the best reviews, and using myself as a guinea pig, try these various methods and exercise plans out.
